We stand behind all of our products and will gladly handle repairs that are a result of manufacturing defect, free of charge during the first year. For all other repairs, there will be a repair fee.
For items being sent to our repair department, please include with your item:
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Description of repair needed.
• Copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice (if requesting guarantee coverage within the first year).
