Return and Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange most new, unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return/exchange shipping costs will be paid by us if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Package your unused item in original packaging and box with your original packing slip/invoice, reason for return, and instructions on if you would like a refund or would like to exchange for another item. Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. Keep a record of your shipment for your own records. SVEN is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks.
Orders are shipped, with only a few exceptions, within 5 business days from when the order was placed. SVEN uses UPS whenever possible to insure fast and secure shipment of your purchase. UPS does not deliver to a PO box address. If a PO box address is needed for delivery, please contact us directly at 510-848-7836 to set up an alternate shipping carrier.
